About Me

From the beginning of my career, one of the most rewarding parts of surgery has been teaching. During my training, I had the rare opportunity to learn one-on-one from exceptional mentors for two years. That experience shaped not only how I operate, but how I think about education. I realized that this level of personalized teaching is incredibly powerful—and incredibly rare.

Throughout residency and fellowship, I was fortunate to receive multiple teaching awards, reinforcing something I had come to appreciate: I genuinely enjoy helping people understand complex concepts. I've always believed that the best teachers don't make surgery sound complicated—they make it clear. My goal has never been to impress people with difficult techniques, but to explain them in a way that gives surgeons the confidence to apply them safely in their own practice.

As I began building my YouTube channel and Instagram presence, I quickly discovered something remarkable. Surgeons around the world were hungry to improve—not necessarily by learning entirely new operations, but by refining the small details that separate good outcomes from exceptional ones. Sometimes a single pearl, a subtle technical adjustment, or a different way of thinking about a procedure can dramatically change both surgical results and confidence.

That realization became the foundation for Elite Surgical Education.

My mission is to make the type of mentorship I was fortunate enough to receive available to surgeons everywhere. Through structured courses, surgical videos, protocols, and practical teaching, I hope to shorten the learning curve, improve patient outcomes, and help surgeons build practices they are proud of. When surgeons become better, patients receive better care, practices become more successful, and the impact extends far beyond the operating room.
