Elite Cosmetic Eyelid Mentorship The Elite Cosmetic Eyelid Mentorship is an immersive six-week coaching experience designed for surgeons who want to accelerate their mastery of cosmetic eyelid surgery through direct mentorship, personalized feedback, and practical application. Rather than simply watching recorded surgical videos, you will work through real cases, receive individualized guidance, and develop the surgical judgment and confidence required to consistently achieve outstanding aesthetic outcomes. Each week, our cohort will meet live via Zoom for in-depth teaching sessions that combine focused lectures with interactive discussion. Every session is designed to build upon the previous week, covering topics such as consultation strategy, facial analysis, patient selection, surgical planning, upper and lower blepharoplasty techniques, brow procedures, complication management, postoperative care, and the subtle technical details that distinguish exceptional cosmetic surgeons. A cornerstone of the mentorship is live case review. Participants will have the opportunity to submit patient photographs, surgical markings, operative plans, intraoperative videos, and postoperative results for detailed critique. Together, we will discuss treatment planning, identify opportunities for improvement, and explore alternative approaches to complex cases. These reviews allow every participant to learn not only from their own patients, but from the collective experience of the entire group. Throughout the program, I will also deliver specialized lectures focused on topics that are rarely taught in traditional training. These sessions will emphasize the nuances of aesthetic judgment, avoiding common pitfalls, managing complications, combining procedures, optimizing patient outcomes, and developing the decision-making framework that experienced cosmetic surgeons rely upon every day. Participants will have direct access to ask questions during every live session. Whether you have questions about a difficult consult, operative technique, complication, postoperative management, equipment selection, or practice growth, the mentorship is designed to provide practical answers that you can immediately implement in your own practice. To complement the online curriculum, participants will also have the opportunity to shadow Dr. Zac Keenum in personat his practice. During this observational experience, you will follow patients from consultation through surgery and postoperative care, observing every aspect of the processā€”including patient evaluation, surgical markings, operative technique, intraoperative decision-making, and postoperative management. This provides a unique opportunity to see how the concepts taught throughout the mentorship are applied in a real-world, high-volume cosmetic eyelid practice. In addition to the live coaching, participants will receive access to the complete educational curriculum, surgical protocols, downloadable resources, and recordings of each session, allowing you to review the material long after the mentorship concludes. This program is intentionally limited to maintain a highly interactive learning environment and ensure that every participant receives meaningful feedback and individualized mentorship.
